Description
Full of fresh apple aromas, Silly Moo is a dry 5% ABV slightly sparkling cider. Pale golden in colour it is made from only freshly pressed Sussex apple juice and yeast, no added sugar or sweeteners. Unpasteurised our cider is carefully filtered to keep it fresh (and stop it fermenting further). The name came about as our cows go a little bit silly when they get the chance to devour the apple pomace left behind from pressing the juice - Silly Moos!

Trenchmore Farm are mixed farmers growing beef, apples, grain & poultry - the cattle & birds eat the grass and apple pomace, the straw from their wheat is used to bed the cattle, the muck is spread on the fields to help improve the soils and feed the crops.
A virtuous circle, allowing them to improve the soils and grow more delicious, sustainable food. Including dry aged beef from their slow grown Sussex crossed Wagyu cattle, cider from their traditional cider apple orchard and a diverse population wheat, grown with minimal intervention.
