We obtain information about you when you contact us about products and services, to purchase a product, to attend a tasting or if you register your active consent to receive our newsletter either by subscribing online or subscribing verbally to one of our team in store or at an event we are attending.

If you make a donation online or purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.
