Aged in oak (30% new) for 12 months before bottling. Rich ripe concentrated fruit (pear, apple, apricot and peach). Elegant and mineral. Good acidity and oak balance, peachy and toasty aromas, soft and creamy. Wonderfully long. Ideal with seafood, fish, charcuterie and goats cheese

Producer Details

Jean-Marc Pillot is a talented winemaker, responsible for running the Domaine started by his great grandfather in 1910. The ten hectares of vineyards are divided equally between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The blancs are at peak two or three years after the vintage, whilst the rouges are perfect between three and four years.
